For the past 16 years personal growth has been Joe's passion.  In 1991 Joe was one of the first graduates of the Thresholds Facilitator Training Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico and went on to become the institutes lead instructor and workshop coordinator.  In 1994 Joe received his Masters Degree in Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, with an emphasis on experiential and holistic counseling. 

Since then Joe has achieved success as a Child and Family therapist focusing on at risk adolescents and their families.  Over time it became apparent to Joe that many families didnt need therapy as much as they wanted structure and guidance.  Without realizing it Joe was shifting into the role of a Family Coach.  In 2002 Joe made the shift official and became a Certified Life Coach through the Academy of Coach Training in Bellevue Washington. 

In 1998 Joe began a personal journey into discovering the meaning of the "Sacred Masculine" in his life.  He now coordinates and trains Mens groups for the ManKind Project, a nonprofit educational and training organization for men.

Whether its working with Parents to empower and educate themselves or working with individuals or teams to navigate life transitions and take life to a higher level, Joe connects at a heart level with humor, insight and compassion. 

Joe currently lives on a small farm in Bend, OR with his wife, two daughters and lots of animals.
